§1. General provisions
- This Shipping Policy is applied by DTC Factory sp. z o.o., Tajęcina 51E, 36-002 Jasionka, Poland, KRS 0001256088, NIP 5170473800, e-mail: halo@bulvonia.com.
- This Policy adds detail to the Bulvonia Shop Terms and Conditions on delivery in both models: Model A (sale from a warehouse in Poland, cash on delivery) and Model B (purchase from abroad through us as an intermediary, online payment). The model that applies depends on the payment method you choose. If this Policy and the Terms and Conditions conflict, the Terms and Conditions prevail.
§2. Delivery area
- Model A: Poland only. Cash on delivery is not available for deliveries abroad.
- Model B: Poland and the other countries that can be selected at the Shop checkout.
- Some products, such as those containing lithium batteries, may be subject to shipping restrictions in certain countries. If in doubt, please write to us before placing your order.
§3. Carriers
- Model A: InPost courier.
- Model B: the Foreign Seller chooses the carrier based on the delivery address and parcel size (e.g. YunExpress, 4PX, China Post, PostNL, DHL eCommerce, and in the Customer's country a local delivery company or pick-up point). The Customer cannot choose a specific carrier.
§4. Delivery time
- Model A: the parcel is usually dispatched within 1 business day and delivered within 1–3 business days. During peak periods, delivery may take up to 5 business days.
- Model B: order preparation and dispatch take 1–7 business days, international transport 10–25 days, customs clearance 1–5 business days, and delivery in the Customer's country 1–3 business days. The usual total time is 14–30 business days. During peak periods or transport disruptions, it may take up to 45 days.
- The times given are estimates. Bulvonia is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities or force majeure. However, we will help you find out the status of your parcel and will tell you about any delays.
§5. Delivery cost
- Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.
- In Model A, a cash-on-delivery surcharge is added to the order and shown at checkout before you place your order.
- In Model B, the Foreign Seller's delivery cost is included in the Total Price (§7.3 of the Terms and Conditions).
§6. Import VAT and customs duty (Model B)
- For parcels worth up to EUR 150, import VAT is usually settled by the Foreign Seller under the IOSS scheme. If the Foreign Seller has not used this scheme, the carrier or the customs office may collect the VAT on delivery.
- For parcels worth more than EUR 150, the Customer, as the importer, pays the customs duty, import VAT and any carrier or customs agency fees.
- If the Customer refuses to accept a parcel because of customs duties or taxes, this is treated as cancellation for reasons attributable to the Customer. In that case, Bulvonia may deduct the documented costs of returning or disposing of the parcel, up to a total of 30% of the Commission, and will refund the remaining amount.
§7. Parcel tracking
- Once your parcel has been dispatched, we will send you an e-mail with the tracking number and a tracking link. You can also check the status on the "Parcel Tracking" page in the Shop.
- In Model A, we usually send the tracking number on the day of dispatch. In Model B, we send it within 1–7 business days of the order being placed.
- If the parcel status has not changed for more than 7 business days, please write to halo@bulvonia.com.
§8. Risk and damaged parcels
- In both models, the risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods passes to the Consumer or the Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights when the goods are handed over to them.
- If a parcel is visibly damaged, we recommend that you complete a damage report with the delivery person and write to us at halo@bulvonia.com. If no damage report is made, the Consumer or the Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights still keeps their right to make a complaint.
§9. Non-delivery and refusal to accept
- Model A: a parcel that is not collected is returned to the sender. It can be sent again once the cost of resending has been paid. If the Customer decides not to have it sent again, Bulvonia will refund the payments received, minus the documented costs of returning the parcel.
- Model B: a parcel that is not collected may be returned to the Foreign Seller or disposed of under the carrier's rules. Bulvonia may deduct the documented costs, up to a total of 30% of the Commission, and will refund the remaining amount.
- Nothing in this section limits the right of the Consumer or the Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights to withdraw from the contract.
